E-Commerce Checkout Process
Whilst at Healthspan I was tasked at reviewing the existing website checkout process.
The checkout process was about 5 years old and from the Google Analytics it was evident that about 25% of customers were dropping off in the purchase process. It was also not mobile friendly and very difficult to purchase anything because there are many pages and the buttons are off the side off the screen.
By reviewing the customer journey and trimming the unnecessary questions I was confident of making it mobile friendly, reducing the drop-out rate and ultimately increasing sales through this purchase process.
